Who we are
Vodka Tasting (vodkatasting.pl) is operated by XPERIENCE Sp. z o.o., Malborska 3 lok. 76, 03-286 Warszawa, Poland, NIP: 5892013350, KRS: 0000498681. You can reach us about anything privacy-related at cheers@vodkatasting.pl.
What we collect and why
- Booking and group enquiries: full name, email, phone, date, time, group size, language and your notes — to check availability and arrange your experience (steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Gift vouchers: buyer and, if you choose, recipient name and email, plus payment status — to issue and deliver the voucher (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep accounting records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Contact form and emails: the details you send us — to reply (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics: only if you accept cookies — anonymised usage statistics (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the service:
- our local guides and partner venues, to deliver your booking;
- our booking management system and website hosting provider;
- our email delivery provider, for confirmations;
- Stripe, for voucher payments (we never see your card details);
- Google, for analytics — only with your consent.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking records are kept for up to 3 years after your experience to handle questions and claims. Voucher and payment records are kept for 5 years as required by Polish tax law. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
Cookies
Strictly necessary storage (remembering your cookie choice) is always used. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, up to 14 months) are only set if you click "Accept". We don't use advertising cookies.
